フランス人フォトグラファー、カミーユ・ヴィヴィエ（Camille Vivier）の作品集。2026年6月から9月にかけて、パリの「ヨーロッパ写真美術館（Maison Européenne de la Photographie / MEP）」で開催された、作者にとって初となる大規模展覧会に伴い刊行された。

作者は、主要ファッション誌のためのコミッションワークと、身体や静物を主題とする個人的な芸術表現を往還する実践を25年以上にわたって展開してきた。本展では、官能性、神秘性、そして詩情が織り重なる作品群を通して、人間の身体と人工物との関係を問いかける世界が明らかにされている。

本書は、その展覧会を親密に補完する一冊であり、作者の個人アーカイブから選ばれた100点を超えるポラロイド作品を収録している。

The MEP presents the first major exhibition devoted to French photographer Camille Vivier. For twenty-five years, her practice has been situated between fashion commissions for leading magazines and personal artistic research focused on the body and still life. The exhibition reveals a body of work that intertwines sensuality, mystery, and poetry, questioning the relationship between the human body and artefacts.

Polaroids acts like an intimate extension of the exhibition featuring more than 100 polaroids from her personal archive.
