「INTERNATIONAL LIBRARY OF FASHION RESEARCH（ILFR）」を主宰するノルウェー人ファッションエディターのエリーセ・ビィ・オルセン（Elise By Olsen）と、ノルウェー人作家であり詩人、アーティストのモーテン・ランゲラン（Morten Langeland）が手がけるカルチュラル・ペーパー（文化的印刷物 / 新聞）「INTERNATIONAL EDITION」の第2号。

本紙は、大判の紙面に両面印刷が施された1枚構成の印刷物であり、折りたたまれてシュリンクされている。毎号、ノルウェーの近郊から遠方まで数十人の面々が特定の短いコラムを寄稿する。スポーツから国際問題、死亡公告、天気予報まで、タブロイド紙らしい批評性とユーモアを併せ持ち、自由な解釈をもたらしている。第二号のテーマは「四半世紀（QUARTER OF A CENTURY ISSUE）」。
